NEIL FRANCES Launch CLUB NF with New EP, Look Ahead to 2024 Global Tour

Fresh off a dazzling night at the Hollywood Bowl, where they opened for Empire of the Sun, Los Angeles-based duo NEIL FRANCES has officially introduced CLUB NF. The project reimagines their music into club-driven, high-energy reworks of their existing catalog. Known for their soulful electro-indie rock as NEIL FRANCES, the pair are stepping into new territory, offering audiences a “live show that makes use of only our analog gear, such as sequencers, drum machines, synths, live instrumentation, and sampling.”

To celebrate the launch, CLUB NF has released CLUB NF Vol. 1, featuring transformed versions of “dancing,” “Dumb Love,” and their Platinum-certified viral cover of Stardust’s “Music Sounds Better With You.” On the inspiration behind this new chapter, the duo shared: “Club culture and dance music have always been at the heart of NEIL FRANCES. Club music and the spaces that it exists in continue to be one of our primary sources of inspiration. We’ve always wanted to create an ‘offshoot’ so that our music can exist in those spaces and present a live show… So, with that in mind, we have started CLUB NF and reimagined some of our old songs into a more club-focused format. We’ve loved making VOLUME 1 in what’s going to be an ongoing series of releases under the CLUB NF moniker.”

NEIL FRANCES’ performance last night capped an eventful year, highlighted by a slew of festival appearances, including Coachella, SZIGET, and Life is Beautiful, as well as sold-out headline shows in Berlin and London. The duo’s momentum carries into next year with confirmed dates alongside RÜFÜS DU SOL and appearances at Lollapalooza Brazil and Estéreo Picnic.

Their recent deluxe album, It’s All A Bit Fuzzier, further cemented their place as dance-floor innovators. Featuring remixes by Poolside and Alan Braxe, it was hailed as “an ode to house music” and a reflection of the pair’s knack for crafting sonic environments inspired by everything from ‘80s/‘90s rave culture to classic hip-hop.

Looking ahead, NEIL FRANCES seems poised to continue redefining the live music experience, blending soulful grooves and dance-floor instincts in equal measure.
